Qingdao EJOY has completed a new broiler cage project in the Philippines. The project is now in the commissioning phase. The poultry house measures 110mx16mx4m.
This broiler project includes a steel structure poultry house and manual broiler cage systems covering automatic feeding, drinking, manure removal, and lighting. The cooling and ventilation package includes 57-inch EC motor FRP high-pressure fans, air inlets, cooling pads, and tunnel doors. The electrical control system consists of control cabinets and an environmental controller. A removable checking cart is also provided for routine inspection.
The project is now in the final stages of commissioning, with all major systems installed and undergoing testing. The facility is expected to be fully operational in the coming weeks.
During the commissioning period, our existing client—who has utilized Ejoy's broiler cage equipment for over 1 year—visited the project accompanied by our Sales Manager, Lynn.
During the visit, the customer noted that they particularly liked the new EC motor FRP fans and the manure removal system installed in this new house, describing them as clear improvements over their current setup.
When it came to the cage design, the customer expressed strong satisfaction with their own existing cages. The layout and build quality have performed well over more than a year of continuous use, and they see no need for changes in that area.
The visit provided a useful comparison between the customer's current equipment and the latest system design.
