Qingdao EJOY has completed a turnkey broiler cage project in the Philippines. The project includes a complete poultry house, manual broiler cages, manual chicken scales, an environment controller, EC motor fans, an integrated watering control system, all supplied by Qingdao EJOY.
Project Introduction
The poultry house measures 100*18*4.5 meters. This single house accommodates 80,000 broiler chickens. The environment controller allows the customer to monitor and adjust the poultry house climate from a mobile phone. Temperature, humidity, ventilation, and other parameters can be managed remotely. The ventilation system uses EC motor fans, which provide higher energy efficiency and more precise speed control compared to traditional AC fans. The integrated drinking line control system ensures reliable water supply for all birds.
Project Status: Installation Complete, Commissioning in Progress
All equipment has been installed. The technical team is currently performing final commissioning of the environmental control system. The broiler house is scheduled to receive its first batch of day-old chicks in July.
