Automatic Egg Collection System
Eggs are safely and smoothly transported via a conveyor belt to the front egg collection platform, eliminating the drawbacks of traditional nesting and manual egg collection methods such as labor fatigue, manual contamination, and out-of-nest eggs.
Automatic Egg Collection System for Small Egg Nest
The 16-hole automatic egg collection box is primarily designed for two-high-and-one-low broiler breeder chicken rearing systems. Egg collection table with adjustable egg collection speed and 100mm belt width, also with optional integral suspension system for easy cleaning of slat.
Automatic Egg Collection System for Large Egg Nest
The double-side 4-hole automatic egg collection box is primarily designed for one-high-and-two-low broiler breeder chicken rearing systems. More suitable for broiler breeders, the egg nest design helps to reduce the production of eggs outside the nest. Egg collection table with adjustable egg collection speed, made of 275g galvanized sheet. The width of the egg belt is 150mm. Equipped with chicken catching device to prevent chickens from occupying for a long time. Optional legs are available for on-site installation.
Features
The design of nest box follow international standard. Made of 0.5 mm high quality hot-dip galvanized sheet.
The pedal is made of high quality wood, smooth and straight, corrosion resistant and no thorn.
It's warm in winter and cool in summer, and natural circulation of air has good egg laying environment.
The service life is over ten years, and it can be converted to automatic egg picking.
